Refund Policy

1. Wallet top-ups

Wallet top-ups are account credit, not purchases of a specific product. They are non-refundable. Please top up only the amount you intend to use.

2. Number replacement (instead of refunds)

If a rented number does not work for your service, we offer a replacement number instead of a refund, when all of the following apply:

• The platform rejects the number (for example "Virtual Number" or "Recently Used" messages);
• No OTP arrives on your Active Numbers page for that number;
• You report the issue promptly via support.

No replacement is given once OTPs are arriving normally on the number — at that point the number is working as sold.

3. Faulty numbers

If a number never receives any SMS due to a supplier fault, we will replace it. Replacements are issued at our discretion after checking the number's activity logs.
